Summer of 2019 I spent a couple weeks in Madrid to visit friends. A year before we had studied and lived together in Salamanca, a little college town two hours west by train.
My friend Olivia features prominently in these. We both took to taking film photos around this time and were messing around with it a lot over these weeks. You see lots of glimpses of that here.Â
A big part of this trip for me was the time spent in their kitchen. Hanging, playing music, and smoking spliffs with the light coming through the big window always ended too soon. That and our nights out at the blues bar. It was really good time with good people, enough memories for a year, and I would relive it over and over.Â
